BEE POLLEN HEALTH SHAKE
We all know that a healthy nourishing breakfast is vital for energy and good health - do you find it hard to find time for a good breakfast?
Here is a quick and healthy recipe that will give you many nutrients for your day! Health Shake: In a blender, mix together the following, for 1 minute:
- 3 - 4 pieces of your favourite fruits - bananas, oranges, berries, pears, watermelons etc
- 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of Natural Life® Bee Pollen granules
- ½ cup of soy milk (or milk)
- 1 teaspoon of Natural Life® Rainforest Honey
