SHARK CARTILAGE AS AN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY:  Anti-inflammatory compounds in Shark Cartilage are called mucopolysaccharides which particularly help relieve arthritic symptoms and other inflammatory conditions, such as inflammation of the bowel.

DOSAGE REGIME FOR MANAGING ARTHRITIS AND SPORTS INJURIES:

We suggest on average a dose of 10g daily divided into 3 doses eg: morning, noon and night.  If the pain reduces drop the dose a little, if the pain is greater, increase the dose.  Shark Cartilage is best taken just before meals.

Dosage for Chronic Pain (long term): - 10g for the first week, if the pain decreases drop the dose to 2g at a time.

Dosage for Acute Pain (short term): - 5g for the first week, if the pain decreases drop the dose to 2g at a time.

Dosage for Mild Pain: - 3g is a recommended maintenance dose.
