How does Green Lipped Mussel work?
Green Lipped Mussel contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids which are known to reduce inflammation. It also contains Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate which are important building blocks for joint cartilage, and may assist in the repair of joint structures. Green Lipped Mussel works by affecting the inflammatory pathway of prostaglandin and leukotriene metabolism and inhibits inflammatory responses.
Are there any side effects?
Green Lipped Mussel is derived from shellfish. Caution should be taken for people that are allergic to shell fish.
